Sorry to all the kle owners out there but i got an offer i could not refuse, sold the kle and got a klr for 300euro more. sold a 1998 kle with 10k milage and got a 2002 klr650 with under 5k miles.

here she is.

it is spotless and clean.

heated grips.
wrap around hand guards.
renthal bars.

That should be better off road than the KLE. Is it a single?

You got a good deal. Did you pay the VRT on that yet? If not, download and fill out the form before you go in to the VRT office and it'll only take a few minutes, otherwise you could be waiting a while.

ya it is just a big torquey single.

ya will pay vrt in feb as it will be seen as 1 year older than if i pay it now.

i just want to change oil this weekend and after that i will be back on track to go off road if you want

Nice change :mchappy: I love my kle but the next step will be a klr650. Now I ride my KLE and I also ride a 1990 KLR600S and I can tell that it works fine and for off-road is much better but for a longer trip with luggage and passenger I will take my KLE for road comfort.

ya the kle is a much better road bike, but i wont be taking a passenger so thats ok.

just need upgrade the tank and put pannier rack on
