Have you removed and bench tested your starter with jump leads ??

yep all spins up nicely just no power from solenoid to starter nothing not even a single volt lol

Is the cable from your solonid to your starter earthing out on the starter contact. It must be isolated to the threaded stalk.

Checked Clutch and/or Side stand microswitches?

In this case I don't think the solenoid would click..

well I now know what it is . a crappy pattern solenoid . took the one of my zxr750 and it turned over cant believe it I have had 2 brand new ones and there both crap . still at least I found it . thanks for all the help everyone been couldn't have done it without u all :clap:

Goes to show that 'swapping out' parts doesn't always work.
