Some nice pics but why the clean bikes?
Here's one of my battle wagon on the way out to Hill End - NSW Australia on the Bridle Trail.
Keep them coming.

Ive heard about the Bridle Track - it's on my list of things to do...
And my girl is a dirty little girl when I want her to be - don't worry.
Are they Michelin anakees..?

royzx7r - barkbusters .com.au will put you on the right path - I think I have the same kit that fits the KLR from memory. The only difference is the bar end knob comes out to reveal a nut that is welded in the bar end. The barkbusters come with a specific 'expanding' method of securing the guard to the bar. You could drill tap and die the nut to accommodate the supplied kit (recommended by barkbusters) or just re-use the screw that came out (maybe not strong enough to withstand heavy impact says barkbusters..)
But I dont intend to fall off anymore...
The screen isnt a flip - as in 2 piece, but yes flip as in scooped up/dished/shaped at the top for wind deflection

Lone Star, The Bridle Track is definately worth doing and the meals at the Royal Hotel in Hill End are splendid.
The tyres in the pic are Michelin Siracs which are currently unavailable in Oz according to the distributor so I am fitting a Metzler Enduro 3 later this week to replace some very tired rear rubbber that has 15K on it.
Only recently fitted some Barkbuster EGO's myself after getting fed up with having to replace the clutch lever every time my sled decided it was time for a lie down. The fitting instructions are exactly how you described it. Some great info on this thread and some splendid looking KLE's dirty or not, they're still an ugly duckling I'm proud to ride.
