KLE 500 rear brake pedal replacement

Heya,
I'm wondering if anyone replaced KLE 500 2007 rear brake pedal with a pedal for a different type of (Kawasaki) bike? Anything that would fit there just fine? It seems to be hard to get the original in Australia.
