KLE 500 Fuel Tank
 

Can anyone tell me if a tank from an 2005 KLE 500 will fit to a 1996 KLE.500.Found a small leak which turned out to be a 2 inch hole on the seam of the tank.

Well just a little update.Spoke to Kawasaki and they told me as its different part numbers it wont fit.Well there where well wrong as yes it do fit as ive just had a tank for a 2005 model and placed it on the bike and all of it lines up.Now ill wait for a dryer day then get the tank prepped and then painted up to match the bike.:funmeteryes:

Good to hear you fix it. But i dont know why they said it wouldnt fit, as with the 2005-> only the front light and front fairing changed.
