2012 klr 650

Just bought a 2012 KLR 650 on ebay from a dealer...liquidation price. I did own one previously (2005) and I loved it! I had lower rear shock and corbin seat since I'm 5'5" about 30" inseam. What options do I have to lower the 2012 model? Is the dampening the rear shock really a good idea? Any ideals would be greatly appreciated.

Gracias,

Greg

The first two easiest things you can do: Lowering links and a low seat.

Lowering bike

Should I damper the rear shock in combination with the lowering links?

progressive shock would be great idea, they are so much better, and then lowering links

why do they make the bikes so Tall if everyone has to lower them?

Progressive shocks?

I'm 6'6 do you think i will still have to lower mine once i buy one, sorry to hijack the thread with questions but i see everyone having lowering links.
