Catching the ferry on 18th June and will be there for about 9 weeks. Not on a bike though - our preferred method of transport is a Hobby motorhome.
This was our first night stop last time https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-3...0/IMG_4876.JPG For those who baulk at metre-deep river crossings, the F35 is a pretty good introduction to the centre of Iceland. Hot springs half way plus side trips to the two glaciers and lakes and waterfalls plus you go past Geisur (Spelling). I'm in iceland :)
Hi all, I'm going to be in iceland from about August the 20th to September the 7th. I'm doing it as cheap as possible and camping most of the time. I plan to ride both the main interior crossing routes but I'm flexible when and where else I go. I'm looking for people who may want to ride with me. I'm on my trusty drz 400. Let me know if your keen Tam |
