Amazing news. I am so happy that HU UK meeting is finally back!

I don't think we can make it though as I am still planning to start our next trip early June.

However, if there are any delays (due to work commitment and contract) is the place big enough for late registration (me and Hubby) or are there limits on numbers?

Thinking if we get delayed (my contract may be extended up to 21st June!) we might just attend and then go straight to the ferry terminal and start our trip from there...

Any of the "usual suspects" on here presenting, talking (in the bar doesn't count), demonstrating etc?

It'll probably make the difference whether I go or not

All booked up have decided to opt for the one man in a tent option beer

You have to pay to leave on the toll bridge but it costs nothing to enter Wales; "Hotel California" style.

To clarify: it is actually the other way around - you pay (if you're in a car/van/truck/minibus) to go into Wales, it is free to exit via either bridge.

It's not cheap either these days - cars and passenger vehicles up to 9 seats are £6.60, while commercial vehicles (that includes private vans or pick-ups) are £13.20.

Therefore if you're watching the pennies, I'd suggest it's better to go in via the M50/Gloucester, and out via the bridges if that suits your itinerary.

Bikes are free in either direction, but you still have to stop at the barrier.

The main camping field is flanked by trees & hedges on three sides, and has water stand-pipes at regular intervals.

Thanks, it's been a while and I have no intention of travelling that motorway any time soon.

It did seem more logical to charge the inmates to leave Wales. :innocent:

Presenters are already signing up and yes you'll recognize the names, and some new ones as well!

Woods surround the camping area! :)

Maria, you have to be there - just think how awesome it would be to get a great sendoff from all your friends at HUBB UK!

Plan accordingly, and the pressure is off and you can relax a bit - we know what it's like preparing to head off; a little extra time helps! :)
