HU California April 13-16, 2023
 

We're very sad to announce that HU California 2023 is rescheduled for April 18-21, 2024.

This year in particular, the early spring weather around Mariposa, California, has been unusual and the forecast continues miserable. While some rain and chill never hurt anyone, extended cold, wet, and snowy weather does, unfortunately, discourage folks from coming to an event like ours where camping and gathering outdoors hold such strong appeal. Event cancellation is never an easy decision. It's always soul-crushing, and we have agonized at length over the decision as the weather continued terrible.

But, we also know never to argue with Mother Nature.

We're grateful for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you next year!

If you are already registered for 2023, you should have received an email from us by now.

We're very pleased to announce that the 13th HU California Travellers Meeting is happening at Yosemite April 13-16, 2023! Flip Morton is the local host, enthusiastically assisted by a great team - Craig Haggart, Karina Guerrieri, Jeff Stewart, Anja Seitz and a bunch of volunteers!
