What's all this pipe work XR125l?

Well getting a much abused xr125l back on the road and during the stripdown found some pipes going engine top to the inlet and to the open air? Can i block them off and dump it or is it needed? |
Breathers , fit them back into position or fit them with filters and route them so they can't ingest water or grit.
