Hi Guys, if its better MPG your after then try Phil at techtransalp.co.uk I had a very in depth talk with him at the HU meet he tells me that by changeing the main jet from a 130 to a 125 (the engine runs rich anyway as tested on a dyno bed) and chop of the spent fuel burner, its NOT a cat, you get an extra 40+ miles from the tank. Give him a call he sounds like he knows his stuff!

It is true, we have carried out quite a bit of research on the 650 Alp and the stock fuel consumption can be improved upon by as much as 25% with improved throttle response and an increase in power throught the rev range!

As always, it's wise to take a dyno run after any (particularly major) changes to a bike.

Why? oh why do these things turn up AFTER you think your sorted but know you are spent up?

That looks like a good source, the tanks look good and its nice they slot straight on, but the price.....£420 + etc. still its comparable I supose.

Do they do second hand maybe?.................Only asking
