Belly pan for Varadero -01

Hi!
I'm in search for a belly pan for a Varadero -01.
I have yet to find one, as they all seem to be out of production.
Anyone know anywhere they would have it?
Anyone who knows where to make one otherwise? I can not do it myself (lack of tools etcetera).
I'm living in Sweden, so inside Europe would be the best place to order from, but USA would work in worst case.
It should go together with a SW-Motech central stand.

You will probably not find one from a shop, but possibly something used, also I believe the Africa Queens put a Honda Africa Twin bash plate onto a Varadero, you could ask them if they have any solutions.

Willk-EN

Good Luck!

Africa Queens do one. So does SW Motech https://www.motorradgarage.com.au/en...v-varadero-07-

If you do decide to go for the SW and intend to do some more serious stuff- have the bashplate welded, as the composite design of the SW is not very strong and a bit of a knock and the rivets that hold it together come undone. This will leave you with 3 pieces and just a flimsy plate over the sump.

An Africa Twin bashplate works too with very little modification needed- just need to make two spacers and drill two holes. See following link for more info. I notice you're a member of the forum to: Africa Twin bashplate

Just pointing out that the OP's Varadero is an '01, the link you gave is for an '07 on, they are probably mounted differently :)

Possible, but as far as I know 07-09 used the same body.

05-06 had a different body bellyplate and may be mounted differently.

Not sure about how the ABS relates to the different bashplates, as the unit is mounted in the front of the engine. Definatley not had any impact when I mounted the AT bashplate.

As for the different models, I'm pretty sure the newer ones won't work, as most of them had models for 99-02.

Yes, I am in contact with a person regarding a RD07 AT bash plate, including modification. That one looks rad, also, which is a huge plus!
