Working on building sites within the EU?
I'm looking to do a bit of work on various building sites (I'm a sparky) while I'm travelling around Europe. I need to know what I am going to need in the way of paperwork, etc. to get onto jobs.
Here in the UK you need to have a CSCS card or you just won't get your foot in the door. What are the equivallents in France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, etc.... Tom |

Take a look at the website of the Foreign Office of Germany:

In case you'll find yourself heading the other way (dodgy GPS?) I can say that in Ireland you need to register for tax and get a PPS number, with that you can work everywhere.
