Stuck in Lithuania, need a tiretube
 

Hi guys. I am stuck in Rokiskis, Lithuania. My last tiretube can't be fixed, so I wonder if anyone know the town and can tell me where to get a new one. The size of the tire is 140/80-17. If anyone is close to where I am, and has a tube, please help me out.
