UK residents have final restriction due to Covid lifted when going to Spain

Just goes to show, I wasn't even aware there was any restriction when we were there in Aug / Sept. Nobody asked anything about our Covid status anywhere in the country. Morocco, yes, they wanted to see our Covid vaccination record of at least three 'shots' before they'd even let us enter the border area (Ceuta), but nowhere in Europe.

Significantly, the article mentions that this has been done on economic grounds, not health ones. And that the situation may need to be reviewed given the start of another wave of the disease now under way.
