Russia - Ukraine border
 

Hello, I'm currently in Moscow and may want to go to Ukraine in about a week or so by motorcycle. Most direct route is the M3/E101, but does anyone have any current recommendations or warnings for the best/worst border crossings? I have a multi entry Russian visa, the bike has UK plates and I'm used to Russian border crossings, but only in the Baltic. Any advice welcome, and thanks in advance.

Russian side ok, Ukrainian side corrupt.

Everyone was asking for bribe.
Specially at the first gate after Russia you have to pay otherwise he does not give you the paper you need to enter.

But just 4 Dollar.

But Ukraine is really corrupt.

Don't know. The one between Romania/Ukraine and Ukraine/Slovakia weren't corrupt so it must be the crossing or they didn't ask from foreigners only russians/ukrainians?
