Is it possible to enter from Russia to north Ukraine border ??

No problem. Few days aago I crossed in Kotievka. I did it 5 times in 3 years.
Now it takes longer time of war in Ukraine and searching the cars.

Isn't that what he just told you ("Road M02 and next road E38 (AH61) to Glukiv direction Kursk")? What exactly are you looking for? Any crossing between Kharkov and Belorussia should be fine.
