Oslo; recommendations on a good business hotel there? thanks!
 

Hi I'm travelling to Oslo in Feb. I'd appreciate any suggestions and tips for hotels.
It's been a while since I visited HUBB, sorry if this isn't within guidelines.

I was in Oslo last summer and some Hotels, I found, use the QPark system, it's not that cheap too :(, if I remember it was something like 45 euros per night(?), but at least its safe :thumbup1:

I didn't use them, but was told of a small, private hotel with underground parking :)

Steer clear of QPark parking houses. They are not motorcycle friendly at all! Europark are. They usually have a gate that'll allow a motorcycle to pass without paying. Any space not usable for cars you can park on for free, if not otherwise indicated. As for hotels there are plenty. Try tripadvisor for example, and one with its own garage is probably the best...

Last times I was in Oslo there was nothing recommendable at the high end in Oslo. Typical problem in Scandinavia.

But the new "The Thief" sounds good and looks good on the internet.
