Moving to Stavanger
 

Hiya,

I'm moving to Stavanger in June for 3 years and wondering if its worth taking my Suzuki GSX650F. Obviously i've read about people touring Norway in the summer months and thats something that i will definately do whilst there. Didn't know if i'd get much use out of the bike, out of the summer months.

There are great roads around that part of Norway and up to Bergen. But it rains a lot and the roads are really twisty so allow extra time. But thoroughly recommend it!

Bring your bike! You simply cannot stay here for three years without touring the country :)
