I am looking for details of the new direct service

You have two options :
1. Athens-Lavrion to Izmir (Çeşme) direct ferry. Operated by Stefmar. It ıs operated 3 or 4 times a week. https://feribotlines.com/cesme-atina-feribot-bileti 2. Athens (Piraeus) to Chios Island first by Greek Ferries and later from Chios to Çeşme by a Turkish Ferry. www.ferries.gr/ https://www.erturk.com.tr/tr/cesme-sakiz-feribot-bileti https://www.turyolonline.com/cesme-s...sefer-saatleri https://www.ferries.com.tr/pire_feribotu.html https://www.egebirlik.eu/Saatlerimiz.aspx |
It starts today
It's announced that it is going to start today (june 30) and will performed everyday. Cesme - Athens will be held on 17:00, It will take 7 hours.
Don't know at what time it will depart from Athen - Lavrion.. I guess in the morning like 07:00 or 08:00 |
Probably too late of a response, but anyways:
The only connection I was able to find was through Xios to Cesme. Getting to Xios is no problem, see internet sites in previous posts. Ferry between Xios and Cesme is a tiny little thing, enough room for maybe 2 cars max. and it appears you cannot book any Turkish ferry online, you must go through a travel agent. Other ferries I checked going to Feyithe did not take vehicles. |
