Easygoing and English speaking mechanic in Warsaw (Poland)

Hi!

My girlfriend and I are doing a one year RTW trip two up in a Kawasaki KLR 650

Just today we got new sprigs for front and rear suspension, and I would like to put them on the bike myself, but I don't have a place to do it (and I may need some tool to compress the rear spring)

So...
Do you know any easygoing and English speaking mechanic in Warsaw?? (Poland)

My idea is to ask if he can lend (or rent) the space to do the work myself, or if that's not possible pay him to do it. I would like to get an English speaking guy so I can explain hat I want o do then work by myself (with some help maybe), but if the guy do not speaks English anyway we should be OK.

Tomorrow I'm going to ask to some Kawasaki dealers, but if things in Poland work as they do in my home country (Chile) that will be too expensive.

This is what we are going to do:

Kind regards and thanks.

Hi Gotan,

Unfortunately I cannot recommend anyone in Warsaw but could help you with some nice and technically excellent people if you were south of Poland where I come from (e.g Katowice).
If you'll have to go to commercial garage and you're budget is very sensitive I'd advice you not to go for authorised Kawasaki (or any other make) dealer but find a general motorcycle mechanic. The prices for needed parts will be the same (if you need any) and the labour is much cheaper. It can be 50% or more difference per working hour.

If I can help in other way (communication or so) drop me a message.

Good luck
fred

Hi Fred:

Thanks a lot for the answer, but we already sorted out our problem.

In case anyone in the future need a mechanic in Warsaw, we went to a Honda dealer :

They did the job in the same evening, and most of the people there speaks English.

The charge us 200 pln (about 50 eur), we don't know if it cheap or expensive for Poland standards, but it least it sounds fair.

Most likely a not official service it would have been cheaper, but anyway I think the saving it wouldn't be so much money.

Cheers.
