Dolomites and Giro d'Italia directions wanted
Hello North Italian friends (and anyone else)!
Me and a friend are planning a trip to the Italian alps. We will leave from Helsingborg (Sweden) 26/5 and arrive in Bolzano 27/5 between 9 -10 am (car train between Hamburg- Bolzano). As I understand it Giro d'Italia will be in that area the very same day(?). If that's true we would really like to se some of the action in the mountains since we are big fans of the race. Here's the problem: We, two middle age guys from Sweden will be standing with our MC:s on the railway station in Bolzano with no idea where to go!! We need HELP with directions! Trento - Aprica (212 Km) seems to be the distance that day (http://www.radsport-aktiv.de/sport/giro-italia_2006.php) Where to go? and how to get there? |
