Belarus: Is this possible?
 

Is this possible?.....

I want to take my car to Belarus, it's in my name but my friend will drive the car in Belarus not me because I have an Indonesian driving license which is not valid there. So can you normally take a vehicle into a country if it is in your name but you are not driving ( I'll be in passenger seat ) or hold a valid license? My friend's license is a valid UK one, so no problem there.

Although many probably do not know specifically about Belarus, can you normally do what I described above in other countries?
