ALBANIA to MONTENEGRO
 

Hello travelers, anyone knows if border RRUGA GOCAJ in northern Albania to Montenegro is doable on a road bike fully loaded 2 up ? As far as I could find, it´s a gravel road and some online map tools don´t even show it.
it is @ 42.512204, 19.983645
I´ll be there during June, no bad weather expected.

Doable is one thing, allowed is another thing.
I am not sure about that border but I doubt very much it would be allowed to cross when you are not a albanian or montengrin resident. Such small border crossing are often not allowed for third country travelers.
I know for sure the Vermoshi-Guci border is open. It´s on the road SH20 to P9

txs Rognov. I´m drawing my route for June, plan is to get from Valbone to Grabom the shortest way. Seemed a good path crossing that border and entering back to Albania in Vermosh.
Let´s hope someone can add best info on this.

I doubt if you can cross the border through the Valbona valley. The Vermosh valley is possible, the border is at N42.58497 E19.77468. Great scenery in that valley.
