Thanks for your ideas.
I guess as with so much in long term overlanding it depends on how much effort/expense/space you like to put in to achieve a goal. It looks like inside the van it's asking a bit much (a grill will do) while outside with- or on a fire there are many ways of oven cooking. Cobb looks fun and thanks for pressure cooke reminder. Anyone got pix of a Cobb in overland action? Ch |
