unleaded petrol

I'm planning a trip overland to India next year with an Africa Twin Honda which runs with unleaded petrol.
I already know unleaded petrol is not available in Iran (as far as I know) and my question is: any part change or adjustment to do to make the bike running with regular petrol for a long distance ? what can be damaged ? any tips are welcomed.
I already experienced the regular petrol last october in Syria, but I drove only 900 kilometers.
thanks in advance.

As far as I know, the only time leaded petrol is a problem is if your vehicle has a catalytic converter, and I doubt yours has. If you have a cat, it will be damaged by the lead. Otherwise, no problem at all.

I am riding a year 2000 africa twin here in england, and with the fuel blockade we had a few months back I investigated the leaded fuel option. We have a 4star lead replacement fuel that works great, actually silghtly better mileage than unleaded, and talking to others with twins, and garages there should be no issue at all with leaded fuel.
