Unknown panniers - Old school ? Need info
 

Hi everyone,
I just bought those panniers used at a low price.

The problem is the previous owner has never mount them and I miss some brackets to fit my DR650 right. I got only 2 brackets that replace the rear footpegs. There is nothing written on the rack or the panniers.

Anyone has ever seen this ? Know the company ? Has any pictures of how they mount ?
