Anyone in or been through Spain advise me who is offering the best mobile package right now? You know the usb modem + sim prepay stuff thats popular here in the UK right now .. Usually uses 3g or HSDPA etc.

You can buy that device (or just the card) at reasonable prices for a pre-payed service at The Phone House. Click on "Encuentra tu tienda más cercana" to locate a shop. They use Orange.
