Data and phone in sth America!!!
 

I will be following the Dakar through Peru, Argentina and chile in January. Is there a single sim card that will provide data and phone coverage for an iPhone for all countries or will I need to buy separate sim card for each country.

If the race should be in South America in 2020, then I suggest buying a local Claro SIM card. I purchased 2 months of data in Peru in late 2018 and was able to access 3 or 4g in Chile and Argentina too. Allegedly it works in the whole of South America except Bolivia.
