New highway and city blockades Veracruz
 

There are blockades by striking teachers in the north and central parts of the state: Tuxpan, Poza Rica, Papantla, Misantla, Xalapa, and Veracruz city havr disruptions. Could be a day or so of problems. Highways in the south of the state are bad due to heavy rains and usual no maintenance.
