Need Good Mechanic for KLR-650 Near Puerto Vallarta
 

Hey all, Having some bike issues right now after riding the piss out of my 2009KLR 650 offroad through baja. Im looking for suggestions for a good mechanic in the Puerto Vallarta Area (Jalisco) So far, the bike still starts up and goes, but im starting to question for how long unless i get it checked out ASAP. Shade tree mechanic here but cant seem to figure out whats going on, needs a good looking over from a qualified thumper fixer. Thanks!!!!

Is it smoking or rattling or leaking coolant and/ or oil or run dry of oil ?

If you can't locate service in PV consider riding to Guadalajara where there is a dealer with more resources :scooter:

PS; a poorly running KLR can often be transformed quickly by installing a NEW spark plug. How long has the plug been in service :innocent:doh?

Chavanne Pro Suzuki on Avenida Vallarta in Guadalajara has competent mechanics. I would try there before the Kawasaki dealer. Or you can PM BikeMex on Advrider, he is a moto tour guide in PV.
