Having a good look at the options and have emailed a few of them including the one you mentioned. It would be better than further south down the peninsula if we can get one at a fair price.

The other consideration could be Tijuana. Certain neighborhoods in Tijuana there are a lot of Auto Body and Paint shops. These are typically Large warehouse type buildings. Plenty of space to stash your bike under cover, out of the way.

If you could find an owner you can trust ... this could work out and be affordable.
Literally dozens of body and paint shops in Tijuana ... and lots of other businesses too. I once had a connection there, but that was 10 years ago.

Ask around, there may be some members here or on ADV who could be trusted to store your bike who have the space available for Free or for Cheap.

Keep in mind hundreds of US citizens bring nice cars to Tijuana to be painted and fixed up. My feeling is most shops are trust worthy guys. bier
