Hi,

today i met a motorbike rider who told me about a hotel in La Fonda, Baja Caliifornia - does anybody know this place?
Is it ok?

Are there any other places on the baja which can be recommended?
Any feedback is welcome.

La Fonda and beyonda
 

My wife and I travelled there 2 years on a trip down to South America. Very nice location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Excellent food in the restaurant, and we were entertained by a great band that did cover versions of hits of the seventies and eighties. A little expensive by Mexico standards at $75 a night but it also came with a security guard manning the parking lot behind a chained gate. We found many great motels along the Baja, look us up on traveller tales on this site. Terra Incognito 2010/11, Ralph Kirchmaier and Carole McKenzie. North and South America
