How to ship my bike from Honduras to Europe?

Hi everybody,

I travelled 3 months in South- and Centroamerica and I had to return urgently to Switzerland (death of my father).
Now my motorbike remained in Honduras and I would like to ship it back to Europe. The companies I contacted don't have connections with Honduras.
Can someone help me? I could ship it from Puerto Cortes by seafreight or from San Pedro Sula with air cargo.

In the worst case, I could return to Honduras and drive my bike to Mexico or the USA. My intention was to go till Montréal in Canada, but I don't have enough time left.

Thanks for a quick answer.

Christian

I have offered my home to store bikes. I live in Yuma, Arizona, near where California and the two Mexican states of Sonora and Baja Norte meet.

My fees are reasonable--I won't charge anyone!! The only catch is Yuma does not have a major airport (the flights only seem to go to Phoenix as connecting flights on regional airlines), and the Amtrak train only runs 3 days a week through the city (goes west to east and east to west--starts [and ends] in L.A. Again, a little inconvenient to get out of Yuma, but very convenient to the San Luis border crossing to get into Mexico.

Sorry to read about your father...

Some years back I shipped several bikes with CROPA PANALPINA from Guatemala to Germany ; they also have offices in Honduras.

Hi. Thank you very much for the information. I will try to contact them in San Pedra Sula. I hope it is also a serious company in Honduras :-)
Muchas gracias!
