Clara Sim Card is a good choice for Costa Rica, but we found Kolbi to have good deals too. Any of these two would do the job, so pick up whichever.

For casino lovers like me and my cousin, we made sure to visit some of the huge casinos during our roadtrips. Our favorite one was in Playas del Coco called Flor De Itabo Hotel & Casino where there is no entrance fee and there were rental apartments nearby.
