Chiapas re-opened and 3 Guatemala border points
 
As of Friday (today) July 8th, Chiapas should have no roadblocks and the border points should be open. Dialog between miltants and government was reported to be successful. However roadblock in southrn Veracruz was still up in Minatitlan in the early evening and Oaxaca has very slow going at most roadblocks but some vehicle flow.
