Waterproof tent seals
 
My (new/old) landy rooftent leaks badly.

It is nylon and fibreglass.

What can I use to help seal up the seams to stop water coming through - wax that has been softened?

There are a number of products for resealing and fixing tents. Most outdoor shops will sell something that will do it.
