SPADA gear

There the 'latitude' touring two-piece riding suit going on eBay for not much at all. I need a new setup for my next S.am trip but I'm on a tight budget. Anyone used their gear before? Is it any good?

sorry i am a bit late but for info only, I have a Spada 2 peice and for the money (£300) it is very good. could be better in parts, i'm not a fan of any internal waterproof liningbut genrerally a good fit, looks good and is hard wearing

Funny enough, I've just bought a Spada Adventure jacket, £80 from a discount motorcycle place on ebay. I guess they buy last years stock and knock it out cheap. I got it mainly for my Morocco trip next April, as my Rukka stuff is black and will absorb heat, and I don't want to trash it! Plus it's vented and has decent pockets for my crap ;-)

Think that is what I got, they do a sand colour and a white. I have the sand colour one. I liked it, found it good also in Maroc. 40 degree plus heat on the highways and psites and it wasn't too warm. £80 is a good price. It ain't fancyt, but it ain't silly money!

I use the Spada All Road jacket. I find it makes a good summer jacket once you remove the waterproof lining. Don't know about the other Spada jackets but the back protector in mine wasn't very good, so I swapped it out for a better one.

Great brand.....go for it. If it's at a great price don't pass it up.

I've just bought the adventure trousers to fit the jacket, although my jacket is sand and the trousers are grey! But at £64 I couldn't resist! I'm very pleased with the jacket so far, a 20 mile ride in torrential rain left me very surprised that the pockets seem waterproof? It was only 20 miles but it was proper rain on the motorway, my Rukka pockets would've been full of water ;-) Zipping in the liners might be a pain, but I'm still very much a fan.

SPADA gear

I bought some SPADA gloves and while I was really pleased with them initially now after a week in South America the Velcro fastening on them has gone. A shame a good product has been let down by something so simple. Glad I went with RST for the rest of my rest of my riding gear!
