Down that's wet or dirty will shrink to about a zillionth of its former volume. If dirty down wasn't too abused it should come back with proper cleaning and drying. Mostly.

The seller has agreed to give me a 50% refund which im happy with.

Thats £18 for what is currently a "like new" Thermarest and a 1-2 season sleeping bag.

Iv got a bottle of Nikwax that ill wash it in tomorrow and tumble dry it with old trainers (sneakers) for a few hours and see what happens..

Fingers crossed.
