Saw some 'yoga towels' in TKMax for £10 that looked 'microfiberish' - it's massive and lays over the whole mat to absorb sweat/help grip, etc. A good beach towel maybe? I'll try and have a proper look at the 'ingredients' next time I'm near there.

exactly. an old marketing trick, as soon as you put a "tagword" in front of something it adds value. 'camping' towels, 'bikers' undies, 'gun' oil etc.
i do a lot of shooting and play golf but most of my clothing comes from the local fishing tackle shop, its the same stuff even the same brands sometimes but up to half the price.
always in green though.......
