All weather sleep system & clothing

I have been searching around for all weather products, easy to store, easy to maintain and tough enough for adventure traveling. So what I have temporarily selected are the following, although I have not priced these out yet.
Keep in mind, I am unable to buy off the rack clothing systems as provided by Kim, Joe Rocket, Yamaha, etc. As my physical profile does not suit standard sizeing, necessitating garments, as close a fit as possiable then tailored to fit.
Outer clothing ( wet / cold ) from Carinthia
Casual clothing from retail men’s shops
Inner protective gear & climate ( hot weather) control from Forcefield
Riding boots both low cut and high cut + rain covers
All weather Sleeping system from Carinthia ( warm / cold bag’s and Bivi tent )
Hennessy Hammock + large fly
I welcome constructive comments and experiences with the proceeding selection

Two pairs of riding boots? Two tents (or bivy and covered hammock)? Two sleeping bags? Am I misunderstanding your list?

One tent and one sleeping bag are plenty—some say even this much is excessive, but I used both from time to time. Riding boots are for riding, and low-cut trail runners are for walking around. I used rain covers on my boots from time to time, but mostly they were just too much trouble and I left them at the bottom of my luggage. And I don’t really distinguish between “casual” clothing and whatever else—it’s all clothing, and it all has to do dual purpose.

Hope that’s helpful.

An all weather sleeping system is called a house. beer

You need to specify what his list is about ... otherwise your going to have to carry a lot of stuff around with you. Say 3 houses full.

Are you taking this stuff on the road as a one trip around the world? To the north pole? Or are you seeking a collection of the 'best' stuff (cost and size no object)?

I am looking for comfort for a 6 month trip, mixed climates and altitudes. What I have considered, I believe is within acceptable limits, looking for further advice?

All weather sleep system: Inner bag + outer bag, Quick dry, Pack size 25 cm x
38 cm, Weight 3 kg., +5 c to -40 c.
Bivy: Single person tent. Pack size 35 cm x 12 cm, Weight 1.8
Hennessy hammock & fly
Clothing: a layer up system... CE protection, be cool fabric x 2, durable outer
shirt x 3 and pants x 2
... outer protection= rain suit, Frog Togs
= cold weather jacket & pants ( 3 kg. , 22 cm x 40 cm )
Boots: one pair high motorcycle boot for riding
: one pair low cut boot, probably a high top like Sahara boots for evenings.
Other items not selected at this time.

What model/size of bike? What sort of luggage (panniers, top case, duffels) system?

Hi Jim. I am in the process of outfitting the S10. So there are changes to be made. To give a better idea what I am trying to achieve, I reference what I found on Google Images, BMW R100gs Angebote bei mobile.de kaufen
https://goo.gl/images/cd9hAB
What I have now are re- purposed Nanuk cases, mounted on H-B pannier frames and top box mounted on HB plate and cargo frame, for a total of 160 litres of lockable, water tight storage + 2 dry bages to be strapped over pannier’s.
I will be removing the pillion, passenger pegs and replacing the top box plate and cargo frame. The plan is to incorporate a custom made aluminum frame with mounting points at the passenger peg, pillion points and cargo frame points. This one piece unit will help reinforce the motorcycle rear frame while allowing for the inclusion of peg packers for fuel, two additional small Nanuk cases under the Top Box and a cooler (medication). One for a medical kid the other for a tool kit. The panniers will remain mounted to the H-B frames. This should accommodate all including the lockable 5 day ( med ) cooler secured in front of the top box.
This may be somewhat extravagant but every thing is secured, just me.

Too much .. weight and space.

You don't need boots for the evening. Shoes will do - take less space and weight. A light weight synthetic fabric shoe would be good.

You don't need both a tent and a hammock .. take the tent as most camp grounds won't take a hammock. A 2 person tent can be had for under 2 kg ... I have 3 of them, 2 of them snow capable.

Sleeping bag .. -40C .. that would be survival mode .. not comfortable! You need to look at the temperature ratings for a comfortable nights sleep for you over the range of temperatures you expect. A bag with a full length zip can be opened up to tolerate higher temperatures than one that does not open up.

Riding jacket and pants - one set only! These are far too bulky to take 2 sets .. one set only. Where are you riding? Europe and you 'll want waterproof riding jacket and pants .. no frog togs .. the weather changes too much for having to change to frog togs every 10 miles. A cooler set can be made warm by using a heated vest - and that vest will take far less room that a riding jacket.
