Fair play to BMW for recalling all the units.

Most bikes will have been sold with a 12 or 24 month warranty, and, whilst domestic consumer law might have extended that period in some countries, I think BMW have gone well above and beyond whatever they may be legally obliged to do by going back 10 years.

it not a big deal it a good deal I took my 2010 bmw r1200r got new fuel pump found cracked hub on rear wheel and new gas gauge sending unit .
just bought bike last month 1800 dollar worth of parts installed free

Old posts mate, thread started over a year ago so should be all sorted now.

BMW will love your attitude. Parts cost peanuts, over 500% mark up. Only the labour hurts.
