How did you remove the liner from your tank?
 

Crap ethanol has degraded the liner to the point where it's now coming off in sheets and plugging the strainer.
How did you remove it without damaging the paint?

It's the LINER not rust --
 

Rust is not the issue it's the redkote installed from the factory.
