G650X water pump, same as Dakar?
 
The subject says it all really! We're currently in Panama heading north and both bikes have started to weep oil. I have brought two with us but they are for the F650 not the G650 and looking at the micro fiche the G650 exploded view is different to what we have.
We're a week away from Costa Rica which has a BMW dealer so hopefully they can get me a couple if I give them some notice!

Dunno if they are 100% identical ... but ... I have always used the F650GS water pump seal kits (from motorworks) on my XC ... they always worked for me.

Cheers Walter, that's were mine came from. Also had a reply for the BMW dealer in the UK I use and they confirmed the water pump is the same as far back as the carb'd model.

Now I have to find a big enough rock to balance the bike on as the swing-arm has to come out to change the water pump doh
