Trying to find anyone half interested or qualified to fix it. Waiting weeks for parts which might or might not fix it. Watching your time and savings disappear as your permits and visas expire. It's quite obvious that the project is a labour of love as well. A hobby too. I'm sure he knows he doesn't need to do all that work to travel on it. I spend 100x more time working on my bikes than riding them. But it's time that I would have otherwise spent in front of TV or some other mundane task. How have you spent the last five years ? |
