1983 BMW R80RT Brake issue
 

I looking at buying the above bike and it seem to have one issue. The front brake lever does not return 100% when releasing the brake. The pads release, I did check rotation on the front wheel and the fluid looks clean. I think I know what it might be but I was wondering meeting in anyone had an idea what might be happening

It sounds like the piston in the master cylinder not returning properly, I would allow for a rebuild when negotiating a price.
