No problem in Mexico and in Costa Rica as far as I know

No problem in Brazil, mainly in South and Southeast.

Santiago de chile is no problem at all.
Ave. Riva is full of motorcycle shops.
there is even a metzeler dealer in the north of town(I forgot the streetname but check the santiago yellow pages),Tourace back-tire is about US$160.
