Selling my 2024 AKT 200 TT Rally with only 1800 kms.

Price is $2300 which is a bargain for a Colombian motorcycle.

Technomechanica, SOAT, and other taxes good until December 2025.

18 months left on the manufacturers warranty or if you hit 24k kms. First warranty service and oil change has been completed.

Unfortunately the motorcycles and cars in Colombia are kind of pricey, because they have 100% import taxes on foreign manufactured bikes more expensive.

AKT is a 30 year old Colombian motorcycle brand. They are assembled in Medellin, Colombia. Basically, a group of business enduro riding friends got together and decided they want to create a dual sport bike to sell in Colombia.

The AKT 200 TT motorcycles are famous in Colombia because they are good on dirt roads and good on the highway.

The Rally version of the AKT 200 TT comes with a larger tank (12 liters) instead of the stock (9 liters). It also comes with a better offroad suspension than the normal version.

This is a great little bike to buy for a couple month or longer trip in South America. I have been impressed with all of this bike's capabilities and how reliable it is. My wife and I have rode 2 up with it and it is also a good bike for that. It does surprisingly well offroad.

Wife, son, and I have a flight to Canada on July 20th, so my plan is to sell the motorcycle before July 20th.

I'm 40 years old btw and an airline pilot, so you don't have to worry about the condition of the bike, because I bought it new and did the engine break in myself. The motorcycle is still under warranty, so it is really nice, because you just drop it off at one of AKT's service centers in Colombia when it reaches 3,500 km and they give it an oil change and check a bunch of other things, including adjusting chain tension etc.

Hey toohellnback, lol, we are moving to Calgary for 6 months for sure. Might have to go up to Fort McMurray for work after the 6 months if I can't get anything good in Calgary. Are you an airline mechanic? Planning on living in Canada for at least 3 years, so we can get my wife citizenship.

I think the AKT 200 TT would be a good addition to your other motorcycle here. It only weighs 264 lbs which is nice if you have any joint problems. Another nice thing about the AKT 200 TT is the seat height is only 32 inches which is very practical. It is a great little motorcycle to run errands with or hit up the mountain trails and have a lot of fun.

Valledupar sounds nice. Thats pretty darn close to Venezuela. I wonder what the women in those parts look like?? I was in Baranquilla when I was 23. I like the mountain parts of Colombia more. I'd like to check out Venezuela one day after they get a responsible government.
