Ex-Police Bike. I bought it used for US$ 5000,- in Uruguay in September 2018 and traveled 12k km through South America. The bike is still in good shape. I invested another $350,- on new tires, rack and chain. They can be driven for many kilometers more. I've got 3800$ dollars in mind to sell the bike, but we can talk.

As my trip ends in the end of March 2019 in Bogota, I'd like to sell my beautiful motorbike. Otherwise I will let a local friend in Cali use it till my next visit to this country.

As the bike is from Uruguay I will pay a import fee in Ecuador or Colombia such that transfer of ownership can be made legally. I've been talking to lawyers of both countries on the topic. Everything should work with the local authorities.

The motor with 400cc is bigger than the normal 125-200cc machines that are more frequent in South America. I highly recommend on taking a bigger motor when your planning to visit the Andes as well. You can enjoy riding serpentines, steep slopes and some muddy/grave roads as well without any problems. On hights like 3800m+ everything works a little less fast, but still suficient. With my bike I could ride it all. Even with two persons.

I made an unforgettable trip through Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador. So if you like it I can help you with your itinerary.

Hopefully I can make someone else happy with this amazing way of traveling.

PM me for more info!

PS: See link for pictures of the bike alone, with equipment as I've been traveling or a option for two travelers and equipment of the two.
