-$1500 USD OBO- (Originally purchased at 0km for $2200)
I will be arriving in Ecuador in April, and looking to sell near the end of the month, or early May! I am somewhat flexible on when/where to meet up, let's talk!

Six speed transmission! This gives you way more capability on the highway. Bike tops out cruising at around 90 kph, gets up to 105 or so, still has lots of low end for off-roading.

6L fuel tank, but I'm throwing in a high quality, 10L gas can I picked up in Argentina. I'm almost inclined to take it home with me, but not sure if you can fly with them.

Tires are in good shape, rear will have ~3000 on it when I get to Ecuador, front has a good 5-6k, might need replacing, might not, up to you.

~18,000 km The speedometer adds up to 40% to the actual speed, so the odometer reading is definitely going to be off. I figure by the time I make it to Ecuador, I'll have put about 7k or less on this bike, coming from Santiago, Chile. The previous owner did the same route, so we can figure about 14k total. The odometer, however, will probably read about 18k.

I have stayed on top of the oil changes and maintenance diligently, and the sole owner before me is a close friend from back home, and I know he did too. Always loaded up with fully synthetic oil, and valve checks at 1500 km (overkill, I just like to be sure).

Plus:
Upgraded LED Headlight
Luggage rack
Extra seat padding
Disc brake lock w/ alarm
Upgraded Japanese barrel-style headset bearings
Tools: Comes with the tool set I've accumulated along the road, including a flat kit I inherited from the previous owner. Set includes allen keys, open-ended box wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, tire levers, pump and more.

Minus:
The front brake has a pulse under heavy deceleration. It's been that way since I picked up the bike in Santiago, Chile. It hasn't particularly bothered me, but if you'd like to replace the front disc, that should do the trick.

Hi Edward,

Maybe I'm interested in your bike. I'm not sure because I'm looking for something between 400-650cc, but I can consider it. I'll be in Ecuador on July, but a friend of mine who lives there could have a look to the bike and take the bike if we finally reach an agreement. I'll talk to my friend to find a way to see you next May and check the condition of the motorcycle.

Regards,
Antonio

Antonio,
Sounds like a plan, I'd be happy to show your friend the bike. Shoot me a PM with his email and I'll coordinate with him when I arrive in April.

Best regards,
Edward
